At Sparkle & Broom, every offering is crafted with love, intention, and energy. Because many of our items are digital or custom-created, all sales are final — but I’m always here to help if something goes wrong.

Due to the nature of digital files (such as guides, printables, and spellbooks), no refunds or returns are available once a file has been delivered or downloaded.

Tarot Readings & Personalized Services
All tarot readings, energy reports, and manifestation experiences — including the Becoming Her journey — are custom-channeled just for you. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds once a session is booked or your personalized creation has begun.
If something feels off, you’re welcome to email me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll do my best to make things right.

Physical Products (Manifestation Kits, Bracelets, etc.)
Each package is shipped with tracking and carefully packed with intention. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@sparkleandbroom.com within 24 hours of the marked delivery time, along with clear photo evidence of the damage. If approved, a refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds without timely contact and proof of damage.
