At Sparkle & Broom, we offer both digital magic and physical treasures. Here's how each type of item is delivered:

Digital Downloads & Readings

  • Digital Guides & Spell PDFs are delivered instantly via email or download link after checkout.

Shipping for Physical Products

  • All physical items (including resin ghosts, keychains, wax melts, and spell kits) are shipped via USPS using the address provided at checkout.
  • Please double-check your shipping info before finalizing your order. We can’t reroute or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.
  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days.
  • During product drops or high-volume periods, please allow up to 7 business days before your item ships.

Delays & Disruptions

While we do our best to send your magic out quickly, USPS delays may occur—especially around holidays or during severe weather. Once a package is handed to the postal service, its journey is out of our hands. If your item seems lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties applied by their local government (if applicable).
